Legal - Management of Rights and Personal Data
RESPECT FOR YOUR DATA PRIVACY
When you wish to exercise your rights to access, rectify, update, or delete your data, you can do so by sending an email to luthier@alfredolerma.com. Remember to attach a photocopy or scanned document of your official ID, DNI/CUIT-CI/RUT-NIE/Passport, or state your inability or opposition to presenting such identification. If the request is made through an attorney or legal representative, the accreditation of that representation must be attached. By sending the email, you will automatically initiate the following procedure:
- Alfredo Lerma will send you an email to confirm your request, your name, and your email registered in "his list," along with brief instructions.
- Once Alfredo Lerma receives the verification confirmation and the email with the attached document, or the opposition statement (after 10 days without verification and/or response):
- He will respond to your request at the registered email. NOTE: For a favorable response, it is essential to verify the email registered in Alfredo Lerma's database.
Your request will be processed as soon as possible (within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the case).
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF YOUR RIGHTS
REQUEST ACCESS. Request access to your data provided for processing by Alfredo Lerma. Once it is confirmed that you are the legitimate person, by verifying the subscription email and sending your identification/opposition statement, the data will be made available to you in a visible and/or transferable format (such as XML). Alfredo Lerma will have 10 days to process your access request.
REQUEST RECTIFICATION, UPDATE, OR DELETION. If the record contains inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect data, you may rectify it whenever you wish or request its deletion when you consider it unnecessary in relation to the sending of emails from Alfredo Lerma or if you believe it is being treated differently than for the purpose for which you consented to its processing. Once your request has been sent and the above procedure verified, Alfredo Lerma will have between 5 and 10 business days to process a request for rectification, update, or deletion.

Policies for Services, Shipping, Orders, Warranties, and Returns
Before making your registration/training and purchase payment, please review our terms and conditions to coordinate your needs, to choose the rates that best suit your current study activity, crafting, and other relevant terms.
The following information relates to the provision of our services, courses, classes, dispatches, and shipments, as well as direct sales of repair-quality and course work in the Workshop-Store of instruments.
FINANCIAL OPERATION: Courses, Classes, Laboratories, Materials
How can I secure my appointment with Alfredo Lerma - Lutemaker?
Virtual Classes (online mode)
To secure your appointment, pay the professor's reservation fee. You will have access to the Class / Course / Laboratory / Experiences. All are offered alternately, including information in the languages of interest (except in personalized classes) with a total of 2 hours per week.
The course, class, or meeting with the tutor will be enabled from personal access with the password issued by Alfredo Lerma on his AELE platform.
In-person Classes (workshops and courses in the workshop)
Based on the available days and dates on the calendar, you must pay the reservation fee before attending the class, workshop, or course to secure your appointment.
- Optional: Materials - Some of the materials (not included in the courses) have an added value. This allows you to receive them at the registered address. To request these supplies, you must pay an additional 30% on the final registration fee.
Based on the specific characteristics of your activities in the workshop, the professor will offer you a prior appointment for the follow-up and updating of your knowledge.
SERVICES FOR TUNING, RESTORATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF INSTRUMENTS
The workshop specializes in total attention to the details of instrumental diagnosis and the evaluated budget, disclosing the following actions by mail:
The services include: repair, assembly (or instrument adjustments), serial number, date, and time of the procedure (if applicable), clearly informing the situation corresponding to the primary technical variables and the accessories related to measurement, search, and recovery.
Final Total
In terms of the final total amount, the workshop has proposals in charge of personal billing service, which gives you the right to basic services (shipping at the client's expense) [Rights and Obligations Safeguard].
Payment Conditions
The total amount in the Workshop Arrangement to settle the task and the 30% balance quotation as an advance (and/or agreed at the start of the task) and 70% payment on account.
Payment Receipts
Receipts will be issued on the day the account payment is received.
Quote Validity
Payment issuance will be allowed up to one month before the date.
Warranty Terms
A warranty receipt will be issued for the adjustment of the planned arrangement within the period.
Payment Methods
Payment is accepted in: cash or deposit: bank accounts / PayPal / Deposits / Transfers.
Shipping Times
The standard shipping time will be determined when the Advance is received.
Shipping Services
The dispatch and distribution of instruments are the client's responsibility, with the right to claim the purchased item.
Where do I send my order?
We work with an express courier company (Courier Exprés) abroad, with management fees according to rates by world zones.
Do I have to pay customs duties for my order?
National customs duties on additional shipments apply. This factor is subject to the customer's responsibility, as in the policy. Customs duties will not apply in countries where they have already been paid in advance.
Who should take care of my appointment in my assigned schedule? What should I do?
- Check the payment issuance to ensure it has been entered at the shipping address.
- Verify the request address in the enabled systems.
- Make sure that if you do not receive the shipment at the assigned address, use the tracking code and where to send it.
- Apply the delivery error notice within 48 business hours of receipt to reschedule the order or assign shipping.
In all cases, delivery may be made through Courier Exprés. IMPORTANT: Alfredo Lerma is not responsible in case of loss, theft, or misplacement of the order.
RETURNS
How do I place an order for the products?
You can process a product return request in case of inconvenience due to an incorrect payment deposit or unintentional error.
How do I track my order?
Confirmation of the product shipment will be enabled for your order as soon as it is issued. In all cases, the customer can request the return of their order, following the policies and conditions described below.
What happens in the case of an incorrect shipment?
Refunds will be offered if the customer receives incorrect items. In that case, please contact luthier@alfredolerma.com to manage your exchange.
